Computer Lab Administrators, ICT Teacher-In-Charges of all the organizations in Western Province (Schools, CRCs, Provincial ICT Centers etc.,) connected to SchoolNet are invited to attend the above workshop to be held at Parakramabahu M.V., Narahenpita, Colombo 05 (near Narahenpita Railway Station) from 8:30AM to 4:30PM. (orgarnized by SEMP Western Province Project Office)

Some urgent maintenance work needs to be carried out at the SchoolNet Network Operation Center during the morning session of 1st July 2008 (Tuesday). SchoolNet users will experience interruption to Services during this period. We regret the inconvenience caused.
Interruption to Internet Connectivity on 2nd May 2008
Internet connectivity was down today (2nd May 2008 ) from approximately 12:15 to 15:15 due to a problem with the gateway router connecting SchoolNet & LEARN to the SLT Internet. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Notice on Service Interruptions for Wireless SchoolNet Connections
Schools connected to SchoolNet through Wireless connections will experience a service interruption starting from 7th March 2008 for few days due to a change in frequency band. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
